Always maintain your fitness.There might be long period of free time between Dragon Boat session as a result of holiday or semester break.It is important to maintain your fitness during the period of time.The coach will tell you on what exercises you can do to help maintain your fitness such as push-up,squats or jogging.It is important to follow this routine for two-three days a week to ensure that you would maintain your fitness so that when you return to Dragon Boat,you don't have to start from square 1,so that you won't be a weight to your team as the strength of a Dragon Boat team depends on its weakest link
